Terms of service

Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds for consulting services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss resolution options.

I am committed to resolving disputes amicably. Contact me directly via email or my contact form for support. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Cancelation Policy

Consulting services may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancelations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
